Not as nicely organized as Pocket Medicine

I'd give this a 3.5/5.
Compared to Pocket Medicine: I like pocket medicine better. I felt that the book was more organized and was very clinical. Chest pain: etiologies, workup etc. I feel with this book the organization is not as good. There's no nicely defined chapters as in pocket medicine.
The information is definitely good and uptodate with the new edition, however I find that many times it's quicker to just search on my phone than try to find it in the book.

Excellent reference when on limited time.

This guide is an excellent "go to" reference for anyone working in an in-patient hospital setting. All of my co-workers agreed! Recommend this as a quick, efficient neuro source when time is of the essence, as is the "usual" case in neurology. Recommend it without hesitation.
