Megan Shepherd grew up in her family’s independent bookstore in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The travel bug took her from London to Timbuktu and many places in between, though she ended up back in North Carolina with her husband, two cats, and a scruffy dog, and she wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The Hunt (Cage bk2)

I love this story. The more I read of this trilogy the more involved in it I get. The characters are rich and well developed. The plots are interesting and engaging. I don't see much difference between the humans and aliens in the morality sense, given that the humans are supposed to be lesser, which is what our characters struggle with continuously.
My biggest disappointment is that I have to wait for the next book.
The editing rates 4.5 stars with only small errors throughout.

I finished in one night it was that GOOD. Love Megan Shepherd and her books

I received the book a few days before it said it should be delivered. Once I got it, I finished in one night it was that GOOD. Love Megan Shepherd and her books, I could read them all day and not get bored of them and they are such an easy read too. Before I knew it I was already half way through the book. Excellent job to Megan Shepherd.

non-stop excitmeant

the Hunt picks up right where the Cage leaves off, the story line is compelling and thought provoking. I could not stop reading. Living in a zoo, mixed relationships, freedom, humanity are all explored through the characters. The only thing wrong with the Hunt; book2 is that book 3 is not out yet.
